Service is a bike built for those dedicated to serving the public, supporting our communities, and preserving our natural resources. It’s made in Treks tradition of quality and dependability, with parts that perform on both the trail and road.
- Easily raise and lower the saddle using the dropper post’s handlebar lever
- The high-quality RockShox fork soaks up bumps on streets and trails alike, and can easily be adjusted for a specific rider weight
- The forks lockout feature ensures youre always riding efficiently: close it for more speed on smooth pavement, open it up on rougher trails
- Quick release seatpost collar makes it easy to adjust saddle height for different riders
How do I buy a Service bike?
Service bikes are for public service departments only. You wont find them in stock at your local Trek retailer nor are they available to purchase online. However, if you are a qualifying agency and interested in a quote or purchasing a Service bike or a whole fleet of bikes, please contact your local Trek retailer.

Upgrade your pedals and love your bike more
Pedals are two of the five touchpoints that connect you with your bike, and even though this bike comes with a pair, upgrading to pedals that boost control and grip will greatly improve your ride. See the pedal guide and find the best pedals for your riding style. We recommend flat pedals for simple versatility.
